I got a Henna tattoo on my ankle. I was just wondering how long it lasts. And do you have any tips on how to keep it on longer?Ive gotten them done a couple times and theyve lasted about 2 weeks or longer. They start fading by 2 weeks. I think it all depends on what kind of henna ink you use to get it done. Some tips for making it last a little longer would be to not take a shower/use hot tub/go swimming 24 hours after you get it. Oh, and also, after it dries and it forms kind of that scab looking thing, dont pick it off or scrub it off, just let it fall off itself.It lasts a couple of weeks if done well. Keep it away from water, and creams or oils to make it last longer.They usually last up 1 to 3 weeks.
avoid sweating, the ocean/pool, washing it too much, and exposure to the sun.
