I'm not sure is this is true but I'm sure someone told me that goldfishes and sharks have identical brains, but different bodies.
So in fact a goldfish is a predator . . but with a pretty lame body ! ! !
Any on know if this is ture? Somehow I doubt the brain of a shark would fit into the diminutive head of a goldfish.That's funny! :Dyes, this is in fact 100% true. Not many people know it but if goldfish had teeth it would be probable that they would rule the oceans.

The goldfish brain works the same as a shark and wants that meaty flesh.Okay first of all, sharks come in all sizes and goldfish get big. Just because the goldfish you see at the store is only about an inch long doesn't mean they will stay that way. Come back in 2 years and that 1 inch goldfish could be over 12" or almost 18" if they are in a pond. There are sharks that stay smaller than that, E. perryi for example only gets 17cm.
Now on to the question, I have never heard that. Beside goldfish are omnivores and eat a mostly plant based diet. Although there are some sharks that do the same, the whale shark for example eats plankton and macro algae.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
