Just wondering if anyone knows a realy great restaurant near the Outrigger Reef in HNL. Asian Seafood would be nice, but any suggestions are appreciated.My one suggestion for "mindblowing" cuisine in HNL is always Alan Wong's...excellent! I can't even fly through HNL without eating there, however, it is a short ($5)cab ride from your hotel-not walking distance, for most people.For true Hiwaiian Food, goto Ono's Fine Hawaiian Foods. There are a few kinds of roast pig and w/a cold beer and some rice, YUM!
I second Alan Wong's.Beijing Restaurant.
The manager of the Royal Hawaiian recommended it to us. I had a whole Maine lobster in black bean sauce. It was excellent.
It's in the 'mall' in front of the Royal Hawaiian, upstairs.
